Hugh WarehamHugh is the inaugural CEO of ECO-Buy, Australia's leading green purchasing organisation and a Centre of Excellence in Environmental Purchasing. Hugh was previously the Deputy to Victoria's Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability and has held a number of senior positions for the UK Environment Agency. Hugh has an Honours Degree in Marine Biology and a Masters Degree in Applied Fish Biology. Hugh joined the Board in September 2010. |

Dieter Schadt | SecretaryDieter has a broad professional background working with research in nonlinear optics, optical communications engineering, finance and economics. Currently General Manager Pricing at NBN Co Ltd. Dieter previously held a range of senior positions in telecommunications and consulting. He holds a PhD in Physics, a Diplom Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering, a Grad Dip in International Business, a Grad Dip in Quality Management, and is a Graduate of the Company Director Course at the AICD. Dieter joined the Board in September 2011. |

Specialist areas include Bequests, Direct Marketing and Major gifts. Carl holds a degree in Business and Finance and is currently the Fundraising Director at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation. Carl joined the Board in October 2012. |
