Our governance
Environment Victoria is a not-for-profit incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Victoria). Our principle activities are to safeguard Victoria’s environment through advocacy and education. We are member-based organisation but also have thousands of supporters and donors.
Environment Victoria is governed by a Board of Directors inline with the requirements of Environment Victoria’s Rules of Incorporated Association.
We know - it sounds like legalese. But trust us, its what keeps us ticking and orderly!
