Unit 10: Introducing the Personal Eco-Challenge

This unit starts by getting students inspired by others who have taken action, by showing them a short film on a village in England which is going carbon neutral. It then gets them preparing for their personal eco-challenge, by choosing which actions they will take, and learning how to record their results. Students spend the week between this class and the next collecting baseline results. They then spend the following few weeks challenging themselves to reduce their environmental impact by taking the actions they have chosen.
