Unit 14: Publicity and Communication Skills
Through a game and activities, in this unit students start to think about how they communicate, and better ways of communicating. They also learn about public speaking, and about key messages for different audiences. As the student project might interest local newspapers or community radio, extension activities are provided writing media releases and speaking to the media. Student then spend the rest of the class finalising their project.
