Unit 7: Using Water

This unit looks at how we use water, both here and around the world. Students work out how long it would take them to collect in buckets all of the water they use in an average day. They calculate their own water use and compare this to the government's current target of 155 litres per person per day. Finally, they learn how to reduce their water use and about the different components which make up a water bill.
