In it, they learn about packaging, what can be recycled in their area and how long it takes for rubbish to decompose. Students using reading and comprehension skills to learn about different types of plastics, and then apply their knowledge in a game of "recycling bingo". They learn about consumption issues through the “The Story of Stuff” - a clever and engaging video on the problems associated with what we buy and what we throw away.
