Environment Victoria's response to the Metropolitan Investigation Discussion Paper

This joint submission with our friends from The Wilderness Society and Victorian National Parks Association, is in response to the Victorian Environmental Assessment Councils invitation for public comments on the Metropolitan Melbourne Investigation Discussion Paper.
This submission is separated into seven sections, with summary recommendations at the end of each. The sections covered are:
- Metropolitan sustainability
- Strategic public land directions
- Coastal & marine
- Protecting nature conservation values
- Strategic planning for an open space and protected area network
- Multiple use of public land
