How You Can Get Involved
1. Email your MP
Use our quick and easy tool to email your MP and tell them you’re dropping off our electrification briefer to their office. By delivering this information directly, you’ll help ensure MPs are informed about the benefits of electrification and understand the community’s support to phase out polluting, expensive gas appliances.
Need support? We’ve made an action guide here to make your experience as seamless as possible.
Oh, and don’t forget to get a photo with the MP when you go. Alternatively you can just get a photo at their office.

2. Pick up a yard sign
Pick up a vibrant, eye-catching yard sign from our Carlton office. Display it in your front yard or window to spread the message in your community during the week of action.
Yard signs can be picked up from our office at 2/60 Leicester St, Carlton VIC 3053. Let us know you’re coming by emailing community@environmentvictoria.org.au.

3. Take action and snap a photo
Take a picture as you deliver the briefer to your MP’s office and pose with your yard sign (or alternatively take a photo outside your house with your yard sign). Send your photo to community@environmentvictoria.org.au and share to social media to inspire others and show widespread community support.
