In 2011-12 we managed to get more water for Victorian rivers and ensure that existing flows were delivered. Our leadership on the regional sustainable water strategies resulted in 10 billion litres of new environmental flows for the Latrobe River as well as increased flows for the Wimmera, Glenelg, Moorabool and Macalister Rivers, and improved groundwater management in these regions.
