• The whole (or percentage) of my whole estate free from all debts (secured and unsecured) and all duties and taxes (whether federal or state) payable in respect of my estate, or

• Property, real estate, shares etc. (include details)
to Environment Victoria Inc. (ABN 84 495 053 605) for its general purpose, and I declare that the receipt of an authorised officer of the said Environment Victoria shall be a complete and sufficient discharge of this bequest.”
