In July 2012, we finally won our campaign to Stop HRL – a proposed new coal-fired power station in Victoria. This fantastic outcome was the result of years of hard work from people across the climate movement and represents the end of new coal projects in this country. Over the last decade we organised rallies, mounted a legal challenge with the EPA and delivered a petition handsigned by 12,000 people to be tabled in Parliament by Kelvin Thomson.
