This submission provides feedback on the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Strategic Review, highlighting opportunities to enhance the program’s effectiveness in supporting Victoria’s transition to net zero emissions. It outlines our key recommendations, including aligning VEU with future energy targets, ensuring equitable access to benefits, funding outreach partnerships, and expanding activities for apartments and insulation upgrades. The submission addresses the first 12 questions in the discussion paper and proposes solutions to improve trust, accessibility, and the overall impact of the scheme.
