Our submission calls for fairer rules to protect consumers and align gas regulation with Australia’s climate goals. The submission highlights how Victoria’s gas demand is rapidly declining as people switch to electric alternatives, yet current regulations still favour gas companies and allow them to shift financial risks onto households.
