The following points outline our current commitments and proposed initiatives, which aim to enhance community engagement and environmental sustainability in Glen Eira and beyond.
- To promote community awareness of climate change and greenhouse gas emissions from within the City of Glen Eira and the broader community.
- To initiate and promote greenhouse gas emission reductions, and to achieve emission reductions at least as ambitious as the targets adopted by Glen Eira Council on 5 May 2020.
- To promote biodiversity, sustainable living and amelioration of the impacts of climate change in Glen Eira and beyond.
