Environment Victoria has always taken on the biggest threats to our climate and environment. From our first Little Desert victory in 1969, to the recent win against AGL in Westernport Bay, we’ve made a real and lasting difference.
Over the years the challenges have grown bigger, but so have our victories.
And this year will be no different.
We have a key role to play to address two major crises our state is facing – ensuring that there is a fast and fair transition from fossil fuels to clean, renewable energy, and restoring healthy rivers across the Murray-Darling Basin.

The idea of significant gifts came from two passionate Environment Victoria supporters who decided to make a donation greater than they would usually give as part of planning future gifts in their Wills.
They felt that there was no time to waste and wanted to see what their support would achieve in their lifetime.
Since then, many generous people have been able to make a huge impact and see firsthand what their generosity has done for our environment and climate.
